In 2024, I took the leap and started my own consulting firm, Losser Consulting Solutions, with a mission to help business owners understand the value of project management. My team, the “Get Shit Done” group, cuts through the fluff to drive results. I’m excited to make a profound impact by helping companies and bringing people together.
Lauren Decker has spent years working in Retail Management, Logistics, and Inventory, where she’s gained tons of hands-on experience with team leadership and problem-solving. She’s always been passionate about making processes smoother and more efficient. Now, Lauren’s excited to switch gears and dive into Project Management, eager to bring her skills into a new, exciting challenge. With her knack for organizing and her upbeat attitude, she’s ready to take on whatever comes her way. She can’t wait to see what this next chapter has in store!
