In 2024, I took the leap and started my own consulting firm, Losser Consulting Solutions, with a mission to help business owners understand the value of project management. My team, the “Get Shit Done” group, cuts through the fluff to drive results. I’m excited to make a profound impact by helping companies and bringing people together.
Lauren Decker has spent years working in Retail Management, Logistics, and Inventory, where she’s gained tons of hands-on experience with team leadership and problem-solving. She’s always been passionate about making processes smoother and more efficient. With her knack for organizing and her upbeat attitude, she’s ready to take on whatever comes her way. When she's not at work, Lauren can be found hanging out with her husband, Tim, and her two pups, Stevie and Charlie

Jill Driscoll has spent over 10 years working in Science Education and the edtech space, where she’s gained extensive experience in Product Management, Operations, and Client Support. She enjoys helping teams work more efficiently, turning complex challenges into clear solutions, and making sure products and projects reach their full potential. Having worked closely with science educators, Jill brings an analytical mindset, collaborative spirit, and curiosity to every challenge and is excited for what’s next.
